Bob Wong Elected Chairman

On June 13, 2005, MRA Members & Associates gathered to enjoy the view form the Top of the Hub and vote in the slate of officers for the 2005-2006 year.

Chairmen of the Action Teams were also recognized for their hard work throughout the last year in helping to make the MRA one of the strongest state restaurant associations in the country.

Below are some of the highlights of the event.

	Incoming Chairman, Robert Wong of Kowloon in Saugus, receives the ceremonial gavel from outgoing Chairman, David Celuzza, of Slattery's in Fitchburg.
	Austin O'Connor of The Briar Group in Boston, was elected 1st Vice President.
	Manny Costa of Costa Fruit & Produce Co.(left) received a plaque recognizing his hard work as Chairman of the Associates Committee from Dave Celuzza. Joe Pignato(left) of Joseph's Winter Street Cafe in Newburyport was honored as the Chairman of the Board Recruitment Team.
Also recognized for outstanding service to the Association were: George Chapdelaine of Boston Restaurant Associates in Saugus, Chairman, Member Acquisition/Retention Team; Ernie Tremblay of Sylvan Street Grille, Danvers, Chairman, Tradeshow Team; Bob Wong, Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus; Chair, Public Relations Action Team.
	The Wong family was on hand to congratulate Bob on the recognition he received for his hard work on behalf of the MRA and his fellow members.
